Abstract Title
Antigenic Evolution and Landscape of Avian Influenza
Abstract
Machine learning methods for predicting the antigenicity of avian influenza (H5N1, H9N2, etc.) will be established. Based on those models, the systematic spatial-temporal antigenic evolutionary patterns for avian influenza will be explored. Potential vaccine recommendation strategies will be proposed based on those updated understanding. The interaction between host immune pressure and the pathogen molecular evolution will be dicussed.
